As a buyer’s agent, no fees are paid for my services. Finding the right home that meets your needs and checks your boxes is my mission! With access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we’ll find you the perfect place to call home in an area you love. Let’s get started on finding your dream home!

FINANCING

One of the first steps in buying a home is to consult with a lender you trust. It is important to discuss price points and comfortable payment options and obtain a pre-approval letter. Then, when we find your dream home we are ready to submit offers the same day! I can recommend lenders I have worked with in the past, just give me a call.

REFERRALS

Much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients. It’s an honor to work with clients on again and again as their needs change. It is also my pleasure to assist their referrals and entertain new clients through the process. I welcome any and all referrals and appreciate the positive feedback!

SELLING

As a seller’s agent, commissions are negotiable and can be discussed in further detail. My knowledge of the market and extensive research will assist in a selling price that results in a quick sale and money in your pocket. I will work diligently to sell your home through marketing across social media accounts, open houses and community of clients and business colleagues. Your property will be featured on a Agent’s Marketing website complete with photos, neighborhood information, payment calculators and more, making it easy for potential buyer’s to learn all about your home.
